This policy explains what personal data we collect when you request the free sample or buy The 90-Day Manifestation Journal, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

Who is responsible

The owner of this website, OpusVolt Labs. For anything related to your personal data, write to opusvolt@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your first name (optional for the free sample) — only to greet you in our emails.
• Your email address — to send you your files and, if needed, resend them.
• Purchase details — amount, currency, date and payment ID.
• Anonymous visit statistics — country, device type, where the visit came from and how far the page was scrolled. These are aggregated counts, not tied to your name or email.

What we use it for

• Sending you the journal (or the free sample) by email.
• Resending it if the email gets lost.
• If you requested the free sample and have not bought the journal: one follow-up email about two days later. Every follow-up includes an unsubscribe link.
• Handling a refund request, if you make one.

We do not add you to any other mailing list and we never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the service, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Upstash — the database where your order or request is stored.
• Google (Gmail) — sending emails.
• PayPal — payment processing.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — ad measurement.

Advertising and measurement

We use the Meta Pixel to learn whether our ads work. It stores a cookie in your browser and tells Meta that you visited the page and, if you buy, the amount of the purchase. It does not receive your name or email. You can turn it off in your Meta ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies; doing so does not stop you from buying or receiving your journal.

How long we keep it

Order and free-sample records are deleted automatically after 60 days. That window exists so we can resend your files and honour the 30-day guarantee. After that, the journal is still yours: it is in your email and on your device.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you. Write to opusvolt@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you live in the EU, the UK or California, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
